Patient pre-screening - before your appointment you will be sent a medical history including Covid-19 questions. Please complete and return before your appointment or we may not be able to see you.
• Please wait in your car until your appointment time and where possible attend alone.
• When you arrive the practice door will be locked – we will ask some screening questions before a nurse arrives to take your temperature.
• Please use our hand sanitiser on arrival.
• We have removed everything from the communal surfaces.
• Card payments only.
• Social distancing is still in effect, maintain your distance where possible.
